Well done to all of our recent nominated apprentices Sophie Woodward; Thomas Stanier; Tim Hutton  & Sarah Harland for achieving one of our monthly apprenticeship awards.  Apprentices were nominated by their Tutor's for demonstrating a high level of commitment, motivation, quality of work and/or overcoming personal barriers, all awards were  presented to each learner by their employer see below for more information: 

ITEC Apprentice Sarah Harland receives her Apprenticeship Achievement Award from Team Leader, Louise Harston at Vianet in Stockton.Sarah recently completed her Customer Service Level 3 qualification showing outstanding effort and commitment.  ITEC Tutor Darren Ashton, acknowledges Sarah has been a joy to work with as she has developed in her role within the Data Audit team.

Tim was nominated for an award to recognise his commitment in completing a Level 2 ITP qualification even though his original employer ceased trading. Tim volunteered to help a former colleague's new business and a local charity and gained the necessary skills and experience for his Apprenticeship.

Originally Tim's Aspergers affected his confidence and social skills but now he's "buzzing" with plans for the future and how he can use his recent experiences to develop a new career path.

ITEC tutor Dawn Skelton nominated her learner Thomas Stanier for an Apprentice Achievement Award for his work whilst employed at Teesdale School in Barnard Castle.

 

Thomas receives excellent support from ex-ITEC learner Travis Stubley who is now his supervisor.  Thomas has been acknowledged not only for his input into his IT Apprenticeship but also for his willingness to contribute his time and efforts towards a number of extra-curricular activities.

Working for Tees, Esk & Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust, Sophie Woodward received a nomination for an ITEC Apprentice Achievement Award.

Nominated by her ITEC Tutor Michelle McGuire, in recognition of the commitment shown by Sophie in both her job role and towards her Apprenticeship.

Sophie received her certificate from Julie Corner, Archive Library Supervisor.
