For details on NUS Apprentice extra please visit the NUS Extra website www.apprenticeextra.co.uk. The NUS Apprentice extra card cost £11 and is valid for 12 months. Online is the only sales route at the moment. We do have a "bulk purchase" option which, if interested, we can discuss further. To register please confirm the details below:-

• Organisation's full name, address and contact details
• Name, job title, email address and contact number of the main point of contact for NUS Apprentice extra.
• If your organisation's name is over 40 characters (including spaces) please provide us with the desired abbreviation of your organisation name
• If you wish your logo to show on the NUS Apprentice extra card please provide us with a .jpeg format of your logo.
• If you would like to earn commission on card sales please let me know and I can send the relevant documents.
